1.    What are your products made of?

All products are made with natural ingredients and safe synthetics.  All fragrances are palate free.

2.    When will I receive my goodies?

Order processing time is 1 - 3 business days.  Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.  If you have not received your products, please email [email protected].

3.    Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, refunds are not distributed unless your item has not been shipped yet or there was an error on our part, e.g. wrong item shipped.

4.    How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on product weight.   

Shipping Notice:  Shea Butter has a melting point of 85 – 90 degrees.  Exousia’s Shea Butter Soufflé is much lighter in consistency and therefore has an even lower melting point at 80 degrees, which will cause our product to melt and deflate during transit in hot climates.  To avoid compromising our product’s consistency, brand and presentation, and especially our service to our customers’, we prefer not to ship Shea Butter Soufflé during June, July or August to areas where the climate is hotter than 75 degrees.  To minimize the risk of our product melting and deflating, it is carefully packaged with bubble wrap.  Additionally, we do not ship on Fridays or on the day before a federal holiday on hot days.  If you desire to order Shea Butter Soufflé during June, July, or August while your local climate is greater than 75 degrees, returns will not be accepted if the product melts.
